Spacious apartment with unbeatable location and view of the Port and the sea !! Located on the Artigas Boulevard and just 2 blocks from the main street of the city center. Also over the rambla (waterfront path) which turns around all Punta del Este. Equipped for 6 people with all the necessary comfort. Great balcony to appreciate the view. There's an off-site barbecue available on ground floor for our guests.
Always available and near the area to give assistance and service to our guests. Just let us know if we can be of any help before, during and after your trip !! Our maid will be available for cleaning during your stay (extra charge) or any additional request.
The apartment is within Punta del Este city center and just on the waterfront street. Walking distance to all the restaurantes and bars downtown and 400 mts from the beach. 1km from the Conrad Hotel & Casino, 10 km from La Barra & 30km to José Ignacio. You will probably need a car to move around Punta del Este, even more if you plan to go to different beaches. Still, going to the beach is easy and walking distance from the apartment. You can take your beach chairs with you (available at the apartment). Please note it can get noisy on the street on summer nights, specially on week-ends.
