Unique house is right ON the sea, a few blocks from La Pedrera and with spectacular views. The house runs on 2 levels right on the beach. Great panoramic view of the sea, no neighbors ahead in a super quiet area. There are 2 bedrooms en suite on the upper floor and a further bathroom and bedroom on ground floor, with a deck to the front on the sand and a barbecue and lounge area on the back of the house. The space counts with: garden on the beach, external shower, grill with table and lounge sofas and external laundry, are some of the comforts of this house. Plenty of parking space available (on the sand!) Available wifi modem (hotspot), you'll need to top-up with your credit to use it. Gas bottle refills (for kitchen) have to be paid by our guests.

The house is in La Pedrera department and stands on the beach of Punta Rubia on a residential area. On the neighborhood the are few houses an none infront of you. Minutes away from La Pedrera with its restaurantes and services. About 10 km from La Paloma, 80km from José Ignacio and 120km from Punta del Este. For those who want some shopping, Chuy is at 140km from here. You'll probably need a car to get around La Pedrera and even more if you plan to go to José Ignacio, El Chuy or Punta del Este. To get to the house there is a street of sand of about 150mts, which means that there is no movement in the area and is safe for children. You will need to walk if you don't drive an all-road (4x4) vehicle.
