Edificio Yoo Punta del Este is located in the Design District, 150 meters from Punta Shopping, near Mansa Beach and Brava Beach. Our apartments are fully equipped, there is also a SPA with an indoor and heated pool (children under 3 years of age are not allowed), its hours are free in the morning and after 1:00 p.m. only over 16 years old; We also have a large pool open for all ages. BY SANITARY PROVISIONS; The use of the cinema, kids, fitness center, spa and heated pool, is with limited spaces, with prior reservation and subject to availability, The pool is open, it will be closed until December 20, 2023 The SPA and heated indoor pool will close for renovations in the period between November 5 and 15, 2023 Access to the apartments, as well as the rest of the facilities, is for the exclusive use of registered guests, guests are not allowed. SERVICES AND SCHEDULES, SUBJECT TO MODIFICATIONS, DUE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF HEALTH PROTOCOLS INDICATED BY THE REGULATIONS OF THE ESTABLISHMENT AND/OR THE GOVERNMENT OF URUGUAY. We remind you that the Yoo Punta del Este Building is located in the Design District, 150 meters from Punta Shopping, near Mansa Beach and Brava Beach. One block from Punta Del Este shopping, as well as restaurants. The staff at the Rental Club office are natives of the area and can provide you with detailed information on the best places to go for a family outing.
