A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number, and Vietnamese visa expiry date for all passengers. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board. Guests who travel with children are expected to provide adult supervision at all times. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise.

Chargeable roundtrip transfer service from Hanoi to Ha Long is available upon request. Pick-up locations are only within the Hanoi's Old Quarter Area, between 7:30 and 08:00. Guests who wish to utilize the service are kindly requested to contact the property directly.

Please note that the property accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to guests' property. Insurance is strongly recommended. Passengers are not allowed to bring dangerous or illegal substances onto the cruise.

Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure.
