I had a great experience staying at this hotel. - The room was very clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Towels were replaced daily, and the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. I especially loved the bathtub, it was a perfect way to relax after a long day. - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 and always ready to assist with anything I needed. - The location is also very convenient. Although it’s not right in the city center, the surrounding area gives you a very authentic, local Vietnamese vibe. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, as well as a pharmacy, so you won’t have to worry about missing anything during your stay.

Hai Phong itself feels like a city on the rise — still authentic and lived‑in, but clearly opening up to more travelers. There’s a sense of momentum here: new cafés, waterfront spots, and creative little businesses popping up alongside the old colonial buildings and the constant flow of scooters. It hasn’t been overrun by tourism yet, which makes moments like sitting in a street‑side café especially charming. You get to watch the city’s everyday life unfold while also sensing that it’s becoming a place more people will soon discover. The people are friendly and welcoming. Great markets, and a beautiful park make it fun.

Hai Pong is very interesting and clean city.

Hai Pong is very interesting and clean city. They have a very lovely big park with plenty of beautiful tropical trees for shades. The walkways are always being swept of leaves. Very wide and easy to walk around. People are very friendly and helpful. Few Cafes around park areas and very pleasant to sit and people watching. On the weekend they have plenty toys for the kids to ride on and very bright and entertaining during the night. Place still have a nice pleasant vibes that is Vietnam is known for. Easy to get around can walk in the park all the way to their famous Cau Tre Canal. Don't forget the Banh My Cay which is Hai Pong is famous for.

Most travelers skip Haiphong. This is a mistake.

Most travelers skip Haiphong. This is a mistake. If you travel to eat, don’t skip Haiphong. The food is interesting, delicious, varied and exceptional. We had the best Pho here that we’ve had in four trips to Vietnam. The people of Haiphong are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The city center has a lovely park running through it. The old colonial architecture is rundown in places but interesting to look at. We stayed out of the old city in a modern development, but would stay in the center next time even though GRAB and the city bus are easy to use.

I was surprised abit with services in HTower which is much better and similar with other tourism area in Vietnam as Danang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc. The room is well arranged with cleanliness and confortable ( the room is quite big ). This is center area of Haiphong city so it's easy to move other place and go around the see the signature place of Haiphong city. Good place to staty in Haiphong and I will stay here for next time to Haiphong.

Stunning hotel!! It is opulence 100% Our room was huge, clean and so comfortable. The swimming pool area is beautiful. The staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was simply amazing, the choices in food were the best we've seen during our Vietnam holiday - try an omelette. We were only there for a transit visit and it suited all of our needs.

Newly refurbished hotel. We only booked for one night for our flight the next day. Close to airport, local to bars, restaurants, and small shops. Very small room with no window. Pillows not so great.Kettle unable to plug into socket. But good price for what it was.
