The host who runs the place is incredibly kind and helpful. He took great care of us and even kept our bags for the whole day after we checked out, which made our last hours in the city so much easier. I would have loved to rate everything five stars, but the guy handling the tours deserves a separate shout-out because he was also great!

Comfortable, clean, convenient, mordent, pretty, delicious food, there is a swimming pool in the rooftop with nice view, has billiards and bar and restaurant, also a room for gym

The room has a beautiful ocean view, directly facing the sea without any obstructions. The staff are very enthusiastic and extremely charming.

Good hotel, really well located!

We were completely shocked about the price of this property, really cheap for sure a nice hotel room which is very spacious for three people and the view is just phenomenal. The staff is THE BEST, i mean it, the young guy working at the reception was literally so friendly and helped us for everything (day trips to ha long, scooter rentals…) I really recommend this place as it’s the best money value hotel.

The room air conditioning was good.

well done very flexible. That's a few word describe this place. We come to the hotel early seven in the morning even they don't have the room already, but they still let us check in early in another room without any fee 😁😁😁. The breakfast super fresh and delicious bravo.

The family that runs this property is very kind, accommodating, and helpful. They answered all our questions and helped us book buses and tours. The breakfast in the morning was quite tasty too. When I had to cancel because I needed to do a visa run they waived the cancellation fee for me after I explained my situation, which was helpful and alleviated some stress. The room itself was clean and bright, with nice AC and bathrooms. The bed was comfy and they provide extra blankets in the closet. Thank you so much!

The location was so convenient and the room was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff especially Jenny was such a pleasure to deal with. She made us feel right as home. Value for money for sure.
