I like everything in the hotel location is awesome and hygiene is very good and staff is very friendly

The room was clean and fresh, with a nice bed and pillows. Both the bed and pillows were soft. The place was quiet and peaceful, and the parking lot was good—I especially appreciated the security guard. The staff were nice and answered my questions properly.

Exceptionally hotel with amazing staff and services. I wish I had booked this hotel in all of my previous stays in Hai Phong. I just came back from a five star hotel and resort in Nha Trang, where I paid 3 times more, and yet everything is way less appealing than Pullman Hai Phong Everything is here new and modern. The room is very spacious with the amazing city view. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive ❤️❤️

This unassuming little hotel is a gem! Less than 10 minutes walk from the railway station and clearly marked. Plenty of street food and restaurants nearby. The reception staff doesn't speak a word of English, but that's why God created Google Translate on the sixth day, I'm told. The room was small but very cute, clean, with tasteful modern furniture and decor. The bathroom and shower was modern and functional and everything worked as expected. Comfortable bed (once you get used to hard Vietnamese mattresses) with comfy, clean bedding. Kettle and cups, hairdryer, toiletries, nothing was missing. Strongly recommended!
