Nested on a tranquil and picturesque river bank, Anicca villa is ideally situated between Hoi An heritage ancient town and many nearby beaches, offering easy access to many attractions. The surrounding friendly natural environment offers an authentic experience of living in a local green village filled with an eco-conscious and zen spirit. Away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, the villa is an ideal accommodation for a family vacation or an unforgettable holiday retreat with friends. Walking through the house’s gate, ease your eyes with a large plunge pool and a 1,000m2 blooming garden. Take a dip in our plunge pool or head to a beach, bike through rice paddies or kayak through water coconut forest, take a stroll in the ancient town or simply enjoy gorgeous sunset from your room window. The house offers 5 separate air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 have en-suite bathrooms, the 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom, sleeping up to 10 guests. Each room is well-equipped with large windows and private patios overlooking to the garden, the pool or the river. An open living room connects to a fully furnished kitchen and a large wooden dining table in a huge veranda overlooking the green garden. A lot of additional seating areas, both indoors and outdoors, to sit down for a sip of drink and start a conversation or just chill out while watching the sun rise and set from the skyline horizon. At the pool side, there are 4 lounge beds with umbrellas and a spacious deck which is a perfect place for an early morning yoga. After a swim, take a cold drink, have some snack or just relax in a shaded bamboo cabana. The villa is 5 minute driving to Hoi An ancient town and 4 minute to the beach. Local restaurants and coffee shops are within walking or biking distance.
