Advanced registration will be required. Please provide all passport information (full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport number, Vietnam visa expiry date) at least 24 hours before departure. Guests with no information provided may not be allowed to check in on board.

Guests with any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian resources, food allergies, religious restrictions, etc.) are requested to inform the cruise before departure.

Transfer services are also available to and from the property with an extra charge. For pick-up service, guests must provide their address at least 1 day before cruise departure. Pick up and drop off are within Hanoi Old Quarter area only.

Included: kayaking or bamboo boat, entrance fees, English-speaking guide, cooking class, sunset party

Excluded: beverages, transfer and other services not mentioned

A surcharge of USD 100 applies for arrivals after check-in hours and early check in.
