1. Transportation to La Casta Cruise Pier

Shared limousine transfer between Hanoi and La Casta Cruise Pier is available at an additional charge. Details are as follows:

Pick-up & drop-off: Hanoi Old Quarter area only

Pick-up time: Between 09:00 – 09:30 AM

Rate: Advise upon request

2. Itinerary Notice

Kindly note that the cruise itinerary and schedule may be subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions or operational requirements to ensure the safety and best experience for our guests.

3. Mandatory Guest Information

In accordance with port authority regulations, advanced registration is required for all guests.

Please provide the following passport information at least 48 hours prior to departure:

Full name

Gender

Date of birth

Nationality

Passport number

Vietnam visa expiry date

This information should be completed using the form attached to the confirmation email.

Please note that guests who do not submit the required information may not be permitted to board the cruise.

4. Cabin Amenities

Each cabin includes 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water per day.

Additional drinks and beverages are available on board and will be charged according to the cruise menu.

5. Peak Season Surcharge (will be advised when receiving booking)

An additional surcharge per guest applies on:

24 December (Christmas Eve)

31 December (New Year’s Eve)

6. Arrival Time & Payment

Please inform the cruise of your expected arrival time in advance using the Special Requests box when booking.

7. Payment before arrival via bank transfer may be required. The cruise team will contact you after booking with payment instructions.
