the family who runs the guest house (Italian father, a Vietnamese mother and two daughters) live within the proprieties in a detached house and like to have cultural exchanges with guests in gatherings.

Located on the estate "Villa Hoa Mai", the guesthouse offers three comfortable rooms, with private garden and for gatherings, a large terrace overlooking the rice fields below and a lush garden. Due to its location, less than a kilometer from the historic center, offers its visitors the tranquility of one of the few agricultural areas now preserved in the town. Thanks to its large garden and terrace overlooking the rice fields that surround it is the ideal accommodation for those who want to stay in complete tranquility while remaining close to the tourist area, the Old town of Hoi An (protected site by UNESCO) . In the fully furnished terrace can have breakfast, offering free, eat or just stay in perfect relax surrounded by a pristine rural setting of rare beauty. Every morning organized a bike ride to discover the traditions of rural life.

Neighborhood info

The rural area in which is situated the Guesthouse is easily reachable on foot from the bus station, the path, about a kilometer on a country road surrounded by greenery ( reaching out from the Bus station square go along Nguyễn Tất Thành keeping to the right for 200 meters then turn left , you will see a big pagoda ,Chùa Long Tuyề, on your right and follow the path for about a kilometer, the GH is on the left just past the rice fields). With a simple walk down a commercial street you can reach the center, the pedestrian area that make Hoi An a magical place.
