- Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong and from Halong back to Hanoi. Please contact the cruise office directly for more details about transportation price, time and pick-up point (pick up and drop off in Hanoi Old Quarter Area). For car pick up service, guest must provide address for pick up at least 3 days before departure. Pick up and drop off from/to Hanoi airport is impossible by shared van and guest needs to book private car service.

- Please take note that the check-in and key-collection take place at Tuan Chau Port. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Genesis Cruise in advanced of your expected arrival time. - All guests need to check visa (if you are required for visa to Vietnam) carefully to make sure that guest can arrive Vietnam to take the trip.

- Guests need to provide correct information when making reservation. Booking's name and credit card's name need to be same. Credit card needs to be valid and has enough money for the trip.

- Guests need to provide exactly number of guest when making reservation, even kid or infant. If guests don't inform property in advance in case there are extra guests, property will refuse to arrange service for extra guests if it's not available.
