Villa description It has 5 floors, the functions and facilities of the floors are as follows: - Ground floor: Outdoor facilities include: outdoor salt water pool (3.5 * 10m, depth from 0.5-1.6m), 2 showers and 1 toilet, standard sauna for 6ppl, free BBQ grill facilities. Indoor facilities: living room, fully equipped kitchen, with long dining table for 20 pax. - 2nd floor: common living room located between 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has bathroom and private balcony. Especially, the balcony view can look down to the swimming pool in the middle of the house. - 3rd floor: almost the same 2nd floor. - 4th floor: 1 dorm room (4 beds 1.6*2m & 4 beds 1.2*2m) with private bathroom, billiards table combined with a spacious bar, private karaoke room in the house is arranged with a professional sound system, industrial and large projection screen can watch 3D movies at home, large balcony and outdoor seating at the balcony. - 5th floor: laundry room equipped with washing machine and clothes dryer, washing powder, spacious drying yard. Outside is a terrace area with tables and chairs available to sit and enjoy the view of Linh Ung Pagoda and Son Tra moutain.
