For reservations made at least 60 days in advance, or those for a minimum of 10 nights and above, a prepayment deposit of 20% of the total price of the reservation is required via bank transfer to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any payment instructions.

A damage deposit of VND 3,000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
