This is our second time back at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially the receptionist Sarah. They even surprised us with an incredible room upgrade with an amazing view and amenities. The location is super central and has plenty of great food options available. The breakfast was varied with great service. Overall, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam. Definitely value for money.

And that bathtub is magical. - see genuine warm smiles from every member of staff around you all day long. - spend your days rotating between a spa, pools, and yoga. - not have to worry about literally anything, with most of your wishes catered to before you even know you have them, and all health concerns accounted for. - get some really fantastic massages. Insight for room selection: ocean view suite (sans pool) has the best view as it is at the highest part of the grounds, but it will still be heavily covered by palm trees (that do give you the benefit of more privacy). Don’t expect a full unobstructed ocean view.

The see view from the window was amazing, the beautiful beach is right across the street, you can meet the sunrise every day, the breakfast was very good, water for free in the room every day, guests can change the beach towels as many times as they want. All stuff and other guests from Vietnam were very friendly. Front office manager Annie also speaks Russian, which really helps for communication. She also gave us her what's app number, and she answered very quickly.

The overall experience is fabulous. The beach area is clean and pleasant to swim on a calm wave. The breakfast at the Indochina restaurant is the best I have ever experienced compared to other five-star hotels. The staff was warm, and luckily, the manager greeted me on my arrival and asked for feedback on my departure.

Nha Trang has always been our favorite beach and we have stayed at many different 5 stars hotel. Only this time, we changed to book apartment with the hope to experience a better summer vacations with family and relative coming all way long form the USA. But it ends up with disaster.

It is not a normal hotel, it is a partnership of different...

It is not a normal hotel, it is a partnership of different owners. So possibly there may be good owners, for whom the management and staff care. So in a better case it is just a lottery. So better choose another hotel. The hotel name is misleading and it is impossible to find it at google, you need put address, not the name of the hotel (otherwise it leads you to another place).

Excellent! The very new and beautiful hotel with pool view and sea view. I can see the pool, the sea and the airplane The hotel is very near the Cam Ranh airport, I can walk from the airport to the Arena Cam Ranh hotel!

Linited services due to start of the low season. Basic breakfast not the worth the price. Far from shops and restaurants. Loaction is OK if you have your own car. Taxis very expensive as hotel is far from city center and any restaurant or shop.

Ninh Van Bay is one of the most beautiful places I've been in Vietnam. The sea is something special and surrounded by mountains makes it spectacular. Awesome friendly locals and the beach there is the best, can swim there any time of the year as its protected from the winds and swell, great for families. Will be even better once Ninh Van gets a few more accommodation and bar/restaurant options but it's perfect if you like a quiet few days in a fishing village.

I loved Nha Trang.

I loved Nha Trang. THere are plenty of air conditioned placed to eat, with fantastic food. Loads of english speaking local. Everything you need is within short walking distance. Didn't find the night market any good though, same thing repeated in stalls and overpriced compared to local shops (even though still cheap in $AUD)

Layout of the resort was brilliant, very busy but they managed. Downside is the rubbish you are having to walk around along the beach, many planks with nails facing up dead puffer fish of which u don’t want to stand on.

Great place to visit if you are with someone from your own...

Great place to visit if you are with someone from your own country , if you go on your own to Nha Trang and you don't speak Russian you might struggle. You won't many English x- pats if any ! But still a lively place and the cheapest resort that I visited in Veitnam. Hotels were for no money ,5 star approx £40 to £50 a night , but really nice hotels for £15 per night . Nice beaches, nice shopping.

Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport.

Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport. Although the place is now in renovation of the streets and all, it might take sometime to complete those projects unlike Nha Trang which is well developed already. Cam Rahn has some hidden gems if you just try to looked around. Very local. Good cafes (better research first), near the beach and cheap groceries too.
