A 24-hour advance registration is required. Guests must provide the bellow informaiton for all guests: full name on passports, date of birth, nationality, passport number/ ID number. Vietnamese visa expiry date.

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID to board the cruise. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. Guests who fail to provide the necessary information above may not be allowed to be on board.

Limousine transfer services between Hanoi's Old Quarter and Halong are available with additional charge.

Pick-up location – at any hotel within Hanoi’s Old Quarter Area only

Pick-up time from Hanoi Old Quarter – between 8:00 and 8:30

Drop-off time in Hanoi Old Quarter – between 15:00 and 15:30

Private car and airport transfers are also available upon request. Late check-in will incur an extra charge of USD 100. Guests who arrive late will be brought to the cruise ship by a speed boat.

Please note last disembarkation from the cruise ship is at 11:30. Guests return to the harbor at 12:00.
