• Our residence consists of two separate two-story duplex apartments, each with its own private pool. • When booking one of the apartments, you will have exclusive use of that entire duplex. • The apartment with “Pool” in its name is the upper duplex, featuring a larger outdoor rooftop pool. • The apartment with “Lake” in its name is the lower duplex, featuring a smaller private garden plunge pool and larger bedrooms. • Each duplex has its own private entrance, kitchen, living area, outdoor space, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, including children. • We’ve included this explanation because Booking requires us to choose accommodation names from its predefined dropdown menu, so we are unable to freely rename each apartment to make the differences clearer. • If you see the accommodation type “Villa with Private Pool”, with 8 bedrooms and capacity for up to 16 guests, this means the entire building — both duplexes together — is available to book. This option is intended for larger groups. • Please note that the price for each individual duplex and the price for the entire 8-bedroom building are substantially different. • A simple comparison: Lower “Lake” duplex: Smaller garden plunge pool, but significantly larger bedrooms.
