Property will ask for the prepayment as per cancellation policy either through Bank transfer or online payment gateway. Credit card provided at the time of booking is just for guarantee.

Complimentary airport transfers by shared van will be arranged upon request based on the standard number of occupants. Kindly contact the resort's reservations department at least 48 hours before your arrival.

The use of fly-cams and drones is banned on Con Dao Island unless a pre-arranged license has been granted by the local authorities. Resort reserves the right not to allow the fly cams within Resort premises even if such license has been obtained by the guest to ensure other guests privacy and safety.

Six Senses Con Dao is a non-smoking resort. In the interest of protecting our Resort from the risk of fire, any guests found not to comply with this policy may be asked to leave without any possibility of a refund for unused nights.

If you wish to smoke, please follow your host’s guide and visit one of our designated smoking areas situated throughout the property for your convenience.

Surrounded by tropical rainforests, guests may occasionally have a surprise visit from some jungle-friendly yet harmless animals. We are always on hand 24/7 to help escort these “uninvited friends” away if you don’t welcome them.

Moreover, in turtle season, we recommend our guests to turn off unnecessary electric lights and devices in their villas to ensure the perfect conditions for mother turtles during their egg-laying.

We are also pursuing a zero-plastic policy and encouraging our guests to refrain from bringing plastic products to our Resort.

For hygiene and environmental reasons, outside food and beverages are not allowed within Six Senses Con Dao. Should you wish to bring them inside the Resort, we have the right to reject them, or, alternatively, we are happy to keep them for you until your check-out.

For your safety and privacy, outside guests are not allowed inside the Resort. Six Senses Con Dao is delighted to welcome only pre-booked guests.

Only the number of guests (adults & children) indicated on your booking confirmation will be accepted at the time of check-in. Please note that children from 12 years old and above are considered adults.

Every Villa has its own bikes, provided for your use around the Resort roads. Please kindly note that bicycles are not allowed on the beach.

If you need a ride, please contact your GEM for the next available buggy. Please note that wait times for a buggy may take up to 30 minutes during peak times.

The New Year's gala dinner on 31 December 2026 is included in the room price for adult guests from 12 years and above. Child under 12 years old must pay at property.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Six Senses Con Dao - Turtle Island Paradise of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
