Property info

Wide basement, fitted for cars and many motorbikes, avoid robberies. Very close to the beach, only 2 minutes walking. Near Hon Chong, Ponagar Towers & I-resort. Surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, convinient stores, gym. You can walk to these places. Rooms have all devices and amenities needed for a family. Bedrooms & Kitchens are seperate, no bad smells in the bedrooms. All rooms are designed to receive natural light. Building materials are imported from Europe.
