The neighborhood is warm, pleasant, and peaceful. This ensures a tranquil stay without disturbances from nearby noise. Our neighbors are exceptionally friendly, caring, and supportive, providing a comforting atmosphere of safety and serenity.
The old town is a mere 3km away. To explore it conveniently, we recommend using motorbikes, Grab, or the local taxi service. Cua Dai Beach is a short 2km journey from our place, perfect for a day of sun and sand.
In walking distance: a local coffee shop, a grocery store and local restaurants where you can grab some local food.
A bit further within 500m: some more restaurants, spas, a ATM, a bakery, pharmacies, minimarts, hair salons and bars.
Go further in 1km: will be IN HEAVEN with a super famous local market named Ba Le, tons of restaurants in many styles, phone stores where you can get some SIM cards, Bank, more ATMs, bakeries, shoe shops, clothes shops, local tailors, a gas station, to name but a few. They will satisfy all your basic needs
Da Nang city is approximately 20km away, and you can easily access Grab and local taxi services 24/7.
