Whale Island Resort is located along the sandy white beach of stunning Van Phong Bay, well known for its diving sites. It offers views of the tropical landscapes and free Wi-Fi in the bar lounge. Traditional, bamboo thatched bungalows are simply furnished with a fan and mosquito net. Guests will enjoy the spaciousness of the rooms, the ample work space and seating area provided. Diving and snorkeling facilities are available at Whale Island Resort. Guests can also enjoy windsurfing and the use of kayaks and catamarans. From March to October, guests can also take part in diving courses and boat trips at the PADI-certified dove center. A range of local dishes and beverages is available at Whale Island’s restaurant and bar.

Please note that the hotel offers a boat transfer from Nha Trang to the island with a surcharge. Guests who wish to make use of this service are kindly requested to inform the property at least 24 hours in advance of arrival date. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Extra person charges are inclusive of Breakfast but exclusive of Lunch and Dinner:

Guests with any dietary requirements are kindly requested to inform the hotel before departure.

The hotel can arrange a roundtrip transfer as follows:

-Shared shuttle bus: Nha Trang - Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon: 9:00am or 2:00pm, and Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon - Nha Trang: 12:00pm or 4:00pm.

One-way trip price: VND460,000 per guest

-Private car: Cam Ranh airport - Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon (3 hours) - One-way trip price: VND2,310,000 per car

-Private car: Tuy Hoa airport/ Tuy Hoa city - Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon (1.5 hours) - One-way trip price: VND1,650,000 per car

-Between Bac Van Phong port, Dam Mon and Whale Island Resort, our boat transfer is complimentary and takes 15 minutes. Transfer hours: 7:00am, 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:30pm, 4:00pm and 5:30pm. Please advise your estimated time of arrival and preferred pick-up location for further preparation. Bac Van Phong port entrance fee is VND20,000 according to its regulations.
