The apartment is located near B Street and the Royal Mall, it has enough parking, it is on the first floor, there are children's toys nearby and it is in a green area. Also, there is easy access to the city center as well as other sought after areas in Pristina, the area is very quiet. The apartment is equipped with a security alarm.
The property offers peace and security for all customers, it is worth noting that the property is also equipped with an alarm system.
