We had a problem about our booking because of the website before we came but the host handled everything very nicely,sorted it out and made sure we didnt have any problem with our stay.Technology in the building and the room was absolutely amazing. TV was big,having an espresso machine was nice,hygiene set,toothbrush,spacious and clean room.Everything was perfect.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area. Owner is super welcoming. You can buy drinks there and they can even cook for you if you want. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The room is very nice, bathroom luxurious.

Hotel Ari is by far the best hotel in the region and also the newest. Everything is top quality — from the modern design and spotless rooms to the exceptional service. Even the standard rooms are the largest we have ever stayed in. A truly outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations.

I had a really nice stay at Central Hotel in Ferizaj. The staff were very friendly and made everything easy from the start. Check-in was quick and I felt comfortable right away. The room felt new and very clean. Everything looked fresh and well taken care of. The bed was honestly amazing — super comfortable, and I slept really well. The room was also quiet, which made it even better. I also really liked the bathroom products — the shampoos looked expensive and smelled really good, which was a nice surprise. The shower and everything else in the room was simple to use and worked perfectly, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is great too, right in the center, so it’s easy to walk everywhere. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and modern place with friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

One thing we especially appreciated was how easy and convenient the self check-in process was. We arrived quite late in the evening, but everything was clearly organized and hassle-free, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the ease of the entire stay made a real difference. Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and beautiful, lobby and restaurant very welcoming, fantastic location and very attentive and friendly staff. Parking is around the corner since hotel is in a walking path.

Immaculate brand new hotel two minutes away from the old bazaar center. The staff are super nice shout out to Arti for his friendly manner and welcoming attitude and to the smiling lady who works in the morning. The hotel is very clean and next to many cafes , bars and eateries. I took my breakfast at the near Turkish street restaurant and was delicious. If I ever comes back to Prizren it will be my first choice. Keep up the good work

It was beautifully appointed: antiques everywhere, the bed was comfortable, there were room-darkening blinds (persianas). The restaurant was lovely, relaxing and the food was delicious. We were in Peja for five days and we ate every meal there at DOA because we couldn’t imagine that there could be another restaurant in town with food that was as good or better. Breakfast was included- such a great deal! The staff were professional and very helpful. We had a friend traveling with us who also stayed at DOA. One of the waiters generously loaned him his bike once so he could go for a ride along the river. The woman at the front desk was always friendly and helpful. She reserved a perfect parking spot for us right in front of the property- that spot was available for us throughout all 5 days we were there.
