The bedroom and bathroom were sparkling clean, the staff were friendly, and the A/C was quite strong. Decent location to the main town and parking in the lot out front was free.

The property is conveniently located in a business centre, with a modern shopping center nearby that adds to the convenience for both business and leisure travelers. All staff were great . Check in and check out staff were perfect. They took care about everything. They made a free upgrade. Breakfast staff were also so kind and nice. They served perfect. Room was so good and clean.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is clean and in a great location. The manager, Nike, is incredibly kind and attentive to the guests. We had a unique room with a separate living area and a beautiful view of the church. It was a truly memorable experience!

The hotel overall and its facilities are amazing! Further away from Prishtina which is great if you're traveling by car. Breakfast food was delicious, so was the food at the 5th floor restaurant. The room was big and comfortable, mattress and pillows as well. Gas station, ATM, even burger king right in front. Spa center is one of the best I've seen, many massage options as well. Staff was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Would love to come back!

Everything! Clean room , clean sheets, clean bathroom equiped with nesecities, staff cool and very helpful whatever you need just ask them and they will provide for you. I am definitely coming back to this Hotel.
