A brand-new hotel in the center of Prizren. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and beautiful, lobby and restaurant very welcoming, fantastic location and very attentive and friendly staff. Parking is around the corner since hotel is in a walking path.

Very practical hotel in Prizren. The location is convenient, the stay was comfortable, and everything was simple and easy. A big plus is that they take care of the parking, which makes things much less stressful. The staff was helpful, and the hotel is a good choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay.

Location is great. Everything was great. I have never get that nice breakfast in an hotel. Staff is helpful and care, very kind. Parking was important for us.

The location was off to the side of the main street along the river which was what I wanted because I have traveled immensely and know that though people like the view it can be very noisey at night. Hotel Akso was just what I wanted for a great night sleep.

I had a very pleasant stay at L’hotel. The staff is very kind and professional. I loved the breakfast, everything was so fresh! They take your order and ask you options for breakfast. The hotel itself is in a great location, 2 streets up from the historical street along the river. My room balcony had a great view of theCatholic Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Catholic Cathedral of Our Lady of Zojës Ndihmëtare. You can hear the Cathedral bells all day long. The first one was at 6 am. My friends at the other rooms slept well through the bells. I woke with it and had a calm morning. So it was not a bother at all. It was a welcomed surprise.

We arrived at midnight. They were waiting for me. They also take care of our car. The breakfast was more than enough for this price range. Our room was too spacey and comfortable.

Location, staff and the cleaniness

Immaculate brand new hotel two minutes away from the old bazaar center. The staff are super nice shout out to Arti for his friendly manner and welcoming attitude and to the smiling lady who works in the morning. The hotel is very clean and next to many cafes , bars and eateries. I took my breakfast at the near Turkish street restaurant and was delicious. If I ever comes back to Prizren it will be my first choice. Keep up the good work

Very large room windows and restaurant windows - you see all the town from "eagle's eye". Modern and clean, staff speaks English and is very helpful. Good breakfast. Pleasant atmosphere. Parking is possible in front of the hotel (mind the slope). If you come by car - navigation may ask you to enter very narrow and steep streets. To avoid that - ask the reception for assistance in advance.

Everything in this hotel was amazing. Starting with the amazing personel, big room with a big balcony and a very good breakfast. It’s really close to the city center and bus station.

The room was incredibly pretty & cozy and the staff was super friendly! They tried to reserve a parking spot for us in front of the hotel and when that didn't work out they spoke to a parking attendant nearby to haggle for a good price on our behalf. We didn't have cash when we arrived so they allowed us to pay upon checkout. The location is absolutely perfect right in the center of Prizren but easily reachable by car.
