*NO LOAD SHEDDING* Privacy, great location, luxury, security and lifestyle all in one! This apartment is situated in a prime position with stunning view of the Indian Ocean. The open plan living areas flow wonderfully together opening out onto the spacious balcony with its own private rim flow pool. The unit also offers all round en-suite bathrooms, modern kitchen and 3 secure parking bays. Guests No student groups are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed into the apartment or onto the EcoEstate, unless by prior arrangement. No parties or gatherings with visitors. We only pay for the first guests biometric access, anyone else wanting biometric access is for their own account. Guest Conduct Please note - Simbithi is an EcoEstate, so please respect ALL rules of the Estate. Pollution OF ANY NATURE is not allowed. There is a ZERO TOLLERANCE to noise pollution between 10 pm - 6 am. Guests who are loud between these times will be asked to leave the Estate by security, and may be subject to additional fines - NO EXCEPTIONS. Any disorderly conduct of whatsoever nature on the property, or any behaviour which shall constitute or cause a nuisance or an inconvenience to any holder or other person.

The apartment is situated in Simbithi Eco Estate, providing 24 hour security, and vehicle patrols throughout the estate. Simbithi Eco Estate is a natural, coastal paradise with dense, indigenous revering vegetation, lush valley wetlands, undulating hills and distant, breathtaking vistas. Simbithi is home to more than 300 bird species, the rare riverine otter, fish eagles, bushbuck, badgers and more. The many community centers offer braai facilities, bird watching, a rugby field and several swimming pools. If you are a keen fisherman there are approximately 29 dams to choose from, the estate has a fish and releases policy. Whilst driving or walking on the estate one can experience a number of the indigenous game wandering through the wetlands. The popular Golf club house has a restaurant where family and friends can enjoy the "a la carte" menu, Sunday carvery buffet and on Wednesdays, the restaurant offers a delicious curry buffet. The club house also sports a gymnasium, large swimming pool, tennis courts and conference facilities.
