I had a very welcoming first night in Ballito at Villapeur – Christine and the team were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was small but comfortable for a one-night stay, and the property is peaceful with a nice pool, parking, and just across the street from the beach. There are also several good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was okay, nothing extraordinary, but overall it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Everything was amazing. We arrived early hoping to leave our luggage and go to see the sights until check in time opens but we were greeted with nice welcoming complementary drinks, and our room was ready by 12 noon.In the room, everything was clean and fresh with more complementary snacks and fruits available on display to consume.the breakfast was amazing, lunch and dinner amazing and of quite the high standard.the view was awesome both from the room and the restaurant terrace as well as by the pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful but not at all annoying or in your face too much. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh change of linens. The whole team really goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. One of the best places we have been to as a couple in South Africa. They also provide guest dressing gowns, sleepers and heated towels.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared each morning. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and well-appointed. The infinity pool was a highlight — absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery and incredible views. The property felt very secure and safe, which gave us great peace of mind. The staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient and close to all the places we wanted to visit, making it the perfect base for our trip. We would happily stay here again.

Winter breaks in July are recommended, great crowds not too hot. Loads of women so no shortage of eye candy Restaurants & supermarkets slightly pricey but that's to be expected. Walking distance to most beaches

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay at Santorini Beach Villa! The villa is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, spacious, and the perfect place to unwind and make special family memories. There are a few stairs to climb to reach the villa, but every single step is worth it. Being so close to the beach and waking up to the sound of the ocean made it all worthwhile. The easy beach access and stunning views more than make up for the climb. A special thank you to our host, Eyrton, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and provided exceptional service from start to finish. His hospitality truly made all the difference. We highly recommend Santorini Beach Villa and can't wait to visit again!

From chakas cove to odyssey and ballito lifestyle the environment was very welcoming and clean neighborhoods....Chakas cove was very clean intimate and just few meters from the beach and our property host Mr Gillian was friendly always checking how was stay was.👌

This town is now, way to overbuilt.

This town is now, way to overbuilt. Narrow streets with racing drivers as visitors or resident. Really not nice. Even with the speedhumps, rather pulled over twice on two trips to the beach to allow some impatient residents to get to their house 2min earlier.

I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed it. There are problems with the Municipality, though. They do not answer their switchboard. I have problems with the municipality that should not even exist - sewers flowing over, stormwater from the neighbours - no municipal interest

Booked this place on bookings.com every thing was sent to me...

Booked this place on bookings.com every thing was sent to me including room number and wifi passwords except for security scan code and guess what? We went back returned home.They turned of their communications .

We had a very comfortable stay at Le Roc and would definitely come back here. The kitchen is so well laid out and well equipped with dishes, crockery and cutlery. The oven was new and sophisticated. It was even possible to bake a cake successfully. It is very evident that the owners love their holiday home and have made an effort to make it luxurious stay. It makes it a pleasure to visit here. Ballito Agencies manages their properties so professionally. This is the second time we are staying with them and will do so again In the future.

I liked that because it is a boutique hotel, the attention feels personal. From checking in, I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The room I was given was really luxurious and spacious. I also had a balcony and access to the outside deck. The food was fresh and really tasty. The location is awesome. I walked to the beach and also enjoyed good walks around the area.
