Kingsley House is one of the largest residential properties in Ballito set on the highest point. It has an amazing view through to Durban, even being able to see the harbour lighthouse. Shops, restaurants and movies are less than a 1km away so walking is a good option.

I really am a people's person so love doing what I do. I am in my element entertaining friends and guests. I also run an intimate wedding venue on my property which is proving very popular where people can do the whole thing - ceremony, registration and venue for under R10 000! I play a lot of sport - run (road ad trail) play golf and tennis and love the sea so SUPPING is a big rage at the moment!

Ballito has exploded in the last 10 years offering loads of lovely restaurants and pubs, 3 golf courses with a 10km radius, trail running and mountain biking in the sugar cane and forests as well as numerous lovely beaches. We're 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Umhlanga on the N2 and M4 (coastal road - pretty sea drive) which makes travel easy and fast.
