"40 seconds to the beach.” The time it takes from the front door until the pristine sands of the Dolphin Coast are tickling your toes. There are 2 patios. A large front terrace encompassing dining, lounging and sunbathing areas with breath-taking views of the beach and ocean in front of you. It is so close to the beach that you can sip cocktails on the terrace while keeping an eye on the young ones playing in the sand or swimming in the calm waters of the tidal pools. Early mornings you can watch the dolphins frolic in the waves. A second lawned terrace affords you a chance to escape the searing afternoon sun and enjoy a cool refreshment or curl up with a good book. The bathrooms both have large walk-in showers with power-shower columns. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and lighting with dimmers to create the perfect atmosphere for you. The apartment is well equipped for all your culinary needs and a stove/oven, a large integrated fridge/ freezer, a wine fridge, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a smart TV (DSTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Showmax, YouTube, Spotify and many more) and uncapped high-speed Wi-Fi.
CHAKA’S PLACE is a small boutique complex consisting of 8 apartments situated in the quiet, safe hamlet of Shaka’s Rock. Right opposite is the famous SALT Café with great pizzas and the best breakfast croissants. Only 5 minutes drive to bustling Ballito with its plethora of restaurants, shops and vibrant nightlife. The swimming opportunities at Shaka’s Rock are fantastic. You have the choice of either the pulsating, thunderous Indian Ocean waves or the tranquil and safe waters of the tidal pools. Granny’s pool is teaming with corals and a diversity of sea life – an amateur snorkeler’s dream. Other things to note: The apartment is serviced daily Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays). Weekends can be arranged. Bath and beach towels are provided. Although the apartment is all on one level, it is only accessible via stairs. No pets allowed. NO CHILDREN UNDER 10.
