2SIX2 is a brand new mixed-used building situated in the heart beat and soul of Durban's beloved, Florida Road. The building has 24 hour security and drive up parking available on the same level of your apartment. There is a roof-top swimming pool for residents to use at their leisure. The is also a convenience store as well as a multitude of eateries and retail outlets situated within the building.
