35 Oceanic is ideally located 500m from Durbans famous North Beach, 200m from supermarkets and 2kms from Moses Mabhida Stadium. The fully air conditioned self catering apartment comes with private secure basement parking on site, flat-screen Tv, free WiFi, a complete kitchen with a stove, fridge, and microwave. It has a pool, sauna and hot tub. Gateway Mall is a 10 min drive away.
