This contemporary beach house is laidback luxury at its best. The property is decorated to the highest standard offering 3 large bedrooms, all en-suite. A combination of natural textures in white, greys with soft wood tones and pops of colour in the bedrooms are relaxing décor, designed to melt away your stress. With a 180 degree sea view the minute you walk up to the spacious living area, this is a home designed for families and friends who love to holiday together in style and comfort with plenty of space for everyone. Bar stools at the kitchen counter allows company for the cook, a 10 seater dining room table makes for festive meals and formal dining a pleasure. There is something for everyone; a great kitchen for the master chefs, a bar for the cocktail aficionados, plenty of comfortable spots to relax with a book and lots of activities in the area for the more adventurous. For the movie & sports fans it has a luxurious lounge with projector and big screen, otherwise sit back, relax in the scenic bar and lounge and enjoy the 180 degree view of the Indian Ocean.
Although I do not live in the area, I am only a phone call away, should you have questions, etc.
The property is located between two very popular swimming beaches (Margate North Beach & Uvongo) and is 6Km away from Shelly Beach, the main shopping hub of the South Coast.
