Margate was cleaner than last year.

Margate was cleaner than last year. Loved that food places were open till late. The beach was very clean. Club around the corner was just a bit noisy and also cars parked inconsiderately. Enjoyed Margate.

the beach was tops, as stated the house we stayed in was...

the beach was tops, as stated the house we stayed in was broken in while we were asleep and our belongings we stolen, we were even stranded there because we had to block our cards and being a public holiday banks were closed. the host and manger insisted we had to leave at 10am even thou we had everything stolen. there was no forced into the unit as if the person who broken in had keys to the unit. it is very unsafe to stay as there is no security. What makes it even more upsetting is that there was simply no help from the host LULU.

l loved the beach very close to resort .clean..if you love curry theres a place called Chilli something near Spar" prawn breyani and mutton bunny is to die for.. im sure all their their food are delicious Shelly Center is close ,,all take aways are on one street ..no need to drive far..

Ramsgate not Margate good beach not over busy . Some local restaurants fantastic Chefs on Marine as good as any in the big cities. Hibiscus ski boat club lunch on the edge if the ocean best fish and chips we have had in a long time!

Despite the efforts of people like Tidy Towns, Margate...

Despite the efforts of people like Tidy Towns, Margate itself is degraded, filthy and felt unsafe. The infrastructure is broken on the walkways to the beach and the toilet facilities look like they have vagrants living in them. Its not the family beach experience that I remember.

What i liked and enjoyed most about margate was the...

What i liked and enjoyed most about margate was the availability of the beaches and the different views it provides. We were able to experience new activites that we had encountered before we creating a bonding experience. I also enjoyed how welcoming the community was and that there wasnt any segregation between people and everyone was just there to have a lovely and enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed the fact that we were opposite the beach and within walking distance to Margate main beach. The unit was neat and tidy and would definitely book it again. We enjoyed the peace and quiet especially at night as we were far from the noisy night life that Margate has to offer.
