Enjoy the space of 2 apartments in one. This spectacular self catering beachfront apartment set in Margate is very spacious and ideal for families or groups of friends. It is very upmarket, spacious and modern with a panoramic sea view. This contemporary styled apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 en suites, a common full bathroom, a 65" LED TV with Netflix & Amazon Prime channels, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning room. Very well equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The apartment offers free WIFI. Colonial Sands is very secure with 24hours surveillance. There is a lift in the building. Direct access to Margate main beach. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. This complex also has a communal braai area, a shower for when you come back from the beach and a sparkling swimming pool. Guests may enjoy direct access onto the the Margate Flagship Beach which also leads to the Wimpy restuarant to enjoy a nice breakfast with a view.
