Property info

This property was the power house of design, being the home of an Architectural company own by the Late Mr.R.Choromanski, designing some of Durban's iconic building including the Timeball Tower in Timeball boulevard (Point) , Lillani springs in St.Lucia as well as the Umkhubane cultural and heritage museum. Enjoy a slight touch of history in our entrance hall, with models, sketches and designs on display.

Our neighborhood is a very vibrant and active road, with many places to eat in very close walking distance at very reasonable prices. We are central of Durban, being easy to get around and our address easy find for you uber and food deliveries.
