This spacious double-story family home with back up power (UPS) and WIFI easily accommodates 10 people and has an unobstructed view of the first hole green. Bright and airy open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room which has stacking doors that lead onto a beautiful covered patio and a built-in braai. There is a Smart TV with DStv Explora in the lounge, main bedroom and cottage. • Main bedroom is en-suite (with spa bath and shower) and has a queen size bed, TV and aircon. (All laundry/cleaning facilities available) • Downstairs - there is 1 bedroom en suit with aircon , bath and shower. There is a PJ lounge leading onto fairway. • The other two bedrooms both have two single beds with fans. With a separate shower/toilet between these two bedrooms. • The cottage is separated from the main house and has its own separate entrance. 2 single beds, bathroom (shower and toilet), TV (with DStv), microwave and small fridge. The Cottage is also available for hire without the house please email or send an enquiry. *Linen and towels are provided. A daily cleaning service is included in the rate.
We have been coming to Prince’s Grant for 20 years. It is our home away from home and we pride ourselves in making it the same for our guests.
Guests have full access to The Lodge, all swimming pools, kids entertainment (in season). Squash and tennis courts. Non-golfers can enjoy a beautiful beach, canoeing on the private lagoon and nature walks in a birdwatchers paradise. Salt-water fly-fishing in the estuary mouth is another past-time to be enjoyed. The beach is approximately three minutes drive from the house. Please provide your own beach towels. Dining options in the Lodge include the fine dining of the Bunkers A La Carte Restaurant, or menu options in the Mulligans Bar and Restaurant and the verandas surrounding the Lodge
