We are situated just off Caledon Street and within walking distance to many popular restaurants -Hussar Grill, The Fat Fish, 101 Meade et al. Around the corner from us is the beautiful and blossoming Botanical Gardens - Starting point of the weekly Park Walk / Run. And we now have an amazing feature that focuses on Birds of Prey. We offer many biking and hiking trails along with Ground Zero - a children's friendly bike park. All with panoramic views of the majestic Outeniqua mountains. You can also while away your time at the George Museum or the Art Gallery or simply pop off to Victoria Bay or neighbouring Wilderness for some fun in the sun. Theres always the option to surf, kayak, stand up paddle or just brave the open waters. Adult and children alike can occupy themselves at the Redberry Strawberry Farm and its amazing Maze - biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. Lots to explore in George. George is also home to many award winning and friendly golf courses. Also, only a short distance from the guesthouse:)
