There is R700 and an R1500 refundable breakage deposit that is not included in the rate per night. The duplex can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and 2 lounge areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. This room has doors opening to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and also has a door opening to the balcony. The third bedroom contains a double bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a shower and a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen, dining and living area, and guest toilet are downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a front-loader washing machine. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The living area contains 2 separate comfortable lounge sets and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Guest needs to bring with their own standard Dstv decoder and card, and connection cables, if you want TV channels, towels, beach, bath and face towels, toiletries and toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom are supplied. No parties, boom boxes, speakers, or radios will be allowed and no loud noise or music at all times, as this is not a party unit. Sliding doors open to the first level balcony with outdoor dining furniture and a kettle braai facility.
