The garden flatlet is private with high end finishings. Situated in quiet neighbourhood with breathtaking views. Walking distance from sea paths. Breakfast is supplied for own preparing. Bar fridge, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster, kettle. Fan and heating in the room. Private, secure garden with a small fire pit/braai. Own entrance. Situated 500m from the sea, 5km from the main beach, 5 km from the Southernmost point, and 3,5 km from the nearest shopping area. Breakfast provided in the fridge and guests has to prepare it themselves

We are a retired couple who enjoy an outdoor lifestyle and travelling. Mandi is a jeweler, artist and enjoys swimming. Marius loves fishing and the outdoor lifestyle. We have a loving old Choc Labrador to keep us company.

We live in a quiet neighbourhood next to a Nature Reserve with breathtaking views. The sea is a mere 500 m and can be accessed through a pathway. Main swimming beach is 5km away as well as the Southernmostpoint of Africa. Nearest shops are 3,5km Lots of birdlife and walking, cycling paths for the enthusiasts.
