Calamari 9 – Sleeps 6 Calamari 9 is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex unit less than 30m from the beach in Ramsgate North. The unit is pet friendly by arrangement. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds and are on the first floor. The main bedroom has an en en-suite bathroom and a bath. The second bathroom has a shower and basin, and then there is a separate toilet. The lounge has a TV with full DSTV- Explora, (no need to bring with or hire decoder) with 2 single beds off the lounge. There is also unlimited Wi Fi for your convenience. The unit is fitted with an air conditioner in the main bedroom and lounge, which works off a pay as you go system, which the guest must recharge as and when necessary. The second bedroom is fitted with a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge and microwave. There is a built in braai and patio table and chairs for your use. Beautiful sea views from all rooms and lounge and right on the beach. The unit is fitted with an alarm and has a garage plus an extra parking for a second vehicle. Bath towels and linen is provided, just bring with your own swimming towels. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach. It’s also the only town along the South Coast to boast its’ own freshwater Olympic sized pool. Ramsgate is also home to the Famous Waffle House amongst many other local attractions.
