This spacious unit can accommodate up to 3 guests, and contains a queen-size bed and a single bed. Young and old are welcome, and a baby cot can be provided on request. Bedding and towels are supplied. The bathroom contains a shower. The unit has a basic-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and essential cooking utensils. The dining room contains a wooden dining table and chairs, and the lounge contains a TV with DStv. For those who enjoy braaiing, a gas braai or a bag of rooikrans firewood can be arranged. Secure parking for your vehicle is provided behind locked gates. Washing facilities are available on request. Breakfast is available on request at an additional fee.

We are are young family who have recently relocated from Cape Town to George. We love being so close to all that nature has to offer in the area and enjoy the forest walks and beach visits possible in our surroundings. We also like to travel and we have an understanding of the needs of a traveler and therefore go out of our way to insure that our guests are comfortable. We hope that you grant us the opportunity to meet you soon and we look forward to being of assistance to you.

Caledon 31 is located in the leafy suburb of Camphersdrift, and is the ideal base from which to explore George and the Garden Route. For those who love fine food, there are several good restaurants just down the street, while a relaxed 500 m walk in the other direction will take you to the Botanical Gardens, or into the forest or mountain. With Victoria Bay, Herold's Bay and the Outeniqua Mountains close by the unit is ideal for short or extended stays. The Medi-Clinic Hospital is just a kilometre away, and the airport is a comfortable 15 minute drive away.
