Cascades 91 is a modern self-catering apartment located in the secure Cascades complex overlooking Umdloti Beach. It can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. *Basic clean is offered every alternative day excluding weekends and public holidays. Basic clean includes cleaning of floors and bathrooms, and removal of garbage bag. One linen change per week is offered on bookings of 8 nights and longer. *Toilet paper is only provided on the day of arrival. *Breakage deposit is refunded 7-10 working days after departure date. Refunds may be delayed during Peak season/ Public holidays/ long weekends. *Lastly, check in times are from 14:00 (except in December holidays at 15:00) . Check out is strictly 10 AM on day of departure. If your arrive Mo-Fri 8am-5pm, please collect keys from our office at 4 Jabu Ngcobo Drive in Umdloti, situated across the road from the Kwikspar Centre. Check in from 14:00 (15:00 in Dec) Check out strictly at 10:00 Instructions for key collection on weekends, Public holidays/ afterhours will be sent once booking is confirmed.

A Slice of Heaven Umdloti is a small village situated between Durban and the new King Shaka international airport. Our Units are situated right on the beach. All restaurants are within walking distance of the units. All units are fully furnished and serviced. Umdloti has shark nets & lifesavers. A tidal pool allows for little kids to play around. Sit on your deck and watch the dolphins surf by in the early mornings. Most building have braai (BBQ) facilities and a swimming pool. All Units have secure parking within the property and most properties have security guards at the entrances.
