A wonderful place to just relax, or go for walks on the property. The greater Farm is home to Nyala, Impala, Giraffe, Wildebeest, reedbuck, red & common duiker, suni, warthog, monkeys, leopard and others. Delight in the abundance wildlife and exquisite birdlife. Star-gaze at the night sky or thaw your soul by a flickering fire. Prepare yourself delicious meals in our well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a chin-wag eating outside on the beautiful patio, or laze around an afternoon braai (bbq).

Chumbi Bush House is situated fairly close to False Bay, which is a bay of Lake St. Lucia. It is ideally situated as being equi-distant between Sodwana Bay and St. Lucia town (each about a 1-hour drive away). We are a 40 minute drive from the gate to Hluhluwe game reserve which is one of the prettiest BIg 5 National reserves in South Africa. False Bay game reserve is very close and beautiful for walking, cycling. fishing and bird watching with lovely trails through the sand forest.
