Colonial Sands 403, is a Stylishly decorated four bedroom in Margate that has magnificent views. This apartment ticks all the boxes for a wonderful sea-side holiday experience. Colonial Sands is within walking distance of Margate's CBD with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and clubs. Margate main beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards which makes it safe for swimming.  This complex boasts a sparkling swimming pool, communal braai area as well-maintained gardens. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom, eight sleeper apartment is on the fourth floor.  There are lovely sea-views as well as easy beach access. Furthermore, there is a lift in the complex as well as under-cover parking. Well-equipped kitchen with granite tops, dishwasher, washing machine as well as a tumble drier. The lounge has a ceiling fan and opens up onto a balcony where there is a gas braai waiting for your first barbecue. In the main bedroom, there is a queen-size bed and a bathroom en-suite with a shower. Each of the three other bedrooms each have two single beds in them. In the second bathroom, there's a shower. There is an open view decoder however guests are welcome to bring their own DSTV Decoder to connect to DSTV. No smoking is permitted in the unit. The Cleaning Fee you are charged is for cleaning the apartment before you arrive and for after your departure. Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge on request. Maximum 4 adults and strictly no parties allowed.

Colonial Sands is within walking distance of Margate CBD with its restaurants, shops, cafes, and clubs. Margate main beach has shark nets as well as lifeguards which makes it safe for swimming.  Apart from Margate, Shelly Beach with its two shopping malls and ski boat club give you a wide choice of shops, restaurants, and activities. You can go scuba diving, deep-sea fishing or whale watching, or fun boat riding if you choose. Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the South Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is popular beach on the north end of Margate Beach. It has shark nets as well as lifeguards which makes swimming safe.  A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. Other attractions include numerous pools that stretch from Uvongo Beach to Lucien Beach and the fishing pier on the edge of the beach. Lillie Crona Avenue is a 2.5km stretch of road along the rocks between these two beaches which is abuzz with walkers, joggers, and cyclists every morning and evening. Ramsgate is nearby where the famous Waffle house is found and Blue Lagoon Beach. The Blue Lagoon also has lifeguards, shark nets and is safe for swimming. There are paddle boats as well as canoes for hire on the lagoon. Within 50km of Margate is Orbi Gorge which offers the longest zip-line in Africa, white water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, and a nature reserve. The Wild Coast is also less than 50km away. The weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the warm Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees. Visit the South Coast, there is plenty more to do on the South Coast.
