Things to note & House Rules! -We use rain & municipal water and are fully solar-powered. Please use water and electricity sparingly. -Air Conditioning & Heating - As the cabin operates entirely on solar power, the air conditioner is available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only. To conserve energy during the colder season, the air conditioner is switched off completely during the winter months. -Gas Heater is available for cold days throughout the year. -Hot-tub: no bath salts, bubbles, soaps, oils, lotion or any other products may be used in the hot tub. These items cause damage and may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. -Wi-Fi is available on the property. However, due to our mountain location, connectivity depends on nearby cell towers and may occasionally be disrupted by weather. -No smoking indoors, only outside thanks. -Please bring drinking water. We use municipality and rain water and which be used for tea/coffee/cooking. -We understand that accidents happen. However, replacing broken glasses does add up over time. If you accidentally break a glass during your stay, we kindly ask that you leave R50 towards the replacement cost. -Please note that the property is just off the R62 (about 200m) and you can see and hear cars on the visibly stretch. Please look at the deck pictures for a more accurate description. -We occasionally have cows passing through the property as they make their way to the other side. They are harmless and do not approach the cabins, they’re simply passing through. -No pets allowed Important Safety Information: The cabin features an unfenced perimeter and a large elevated deck with open sections. Families with young children should carefully consider whether the property is suitable for their needs. Children are permitted but require constant supervision, and parents or guardians remain fully responsible for their safety.
