This comfortable yet stylish open plan studio is situated in the suburb of Larola which has 24hour security patrol. The studio is on the same property as the main house and shares a driveway with the main house. The studio has beautiful mountain views from the doube glass sliding doors. The studio is 900m from the nearest restaurants and shops and approximately 1.5km from the central village square. Although the studio does have wifi, signal may be erratic. As from 20 January 2025 there will be Netflix only on the TV ( NO DSTV). The studio is open plan , which means the living area, sleeping area and kitchenette are combined into a single space . The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave as well as the necessary cutlery and crockery. there is a separate bathroom, which has a shower (no bath). It is best suited for 2 adults but 2 young children or 1 adult can be accommodated on the sleeper couch. The queen size bed has an electric blanket to keep you warm on a cold Clarens winter night. The entrance is through the glass sliding doors which can be seen on the photos. The glass sliding doors lead onto a shared driveway. We live on the property and you may hear us come and go. This unit does not have its own secluded private garden. However, there is garden furniture and a weber on the grassed area just outside the studio which guests are welcome to use. if you are looking for a secluded private retreat then this is NOT a suitable option for you. There is wifi. Being in the mountains means that signal may be erratic. There is Netflix only. The property is enclosed and accessed via an electronic gate. parking is on the property. The parking is not under cover. we have a rooster and chickens and that roam freely around the garden. We have a maltese poodle , Bella, but she stays in the house.

We are on a tar road in the suburb of Larola. The unit is situated approx 900m from Clarens Xtreme and 1.6 km from the central village square Clarens Conservancy has numerous walks- maps of the conservancy hiking trails are for sale in the village. Golden Gate Highlands National Park is approx 20km from Clarens.
