Breathtaking mountain views from every corner of the stand, nestled at the foothills of Magaliesberg Mountains and positioned at the highest peak of Broedestroom mountains; this property offers paranomic mountain views. This charming 3 bedroom home takes advantage of natural light and landscape views from the kitchen to the bedrooms. With an expansive deck for enjoying endless scenic views and golden hour sunsets, an evergreen lawnstrip ideal for children's play area, a sparkling round pool to cool off from hot summer days, a fire pit to enjoy an evening under the skies, and an indoor fireplace to warm up on cool winter nights; the property offers both indoor and outdoor enjoyment. The property has a spacious enclosable veranda also fitted with a fireplace, and it also includes an outdoor braai area. The manicured garden and old tall trees in the property is a hub for vibrant birdlife.
Located just 40 minutes away from Pretoria and Johannesburg and 20 minutes away from Lanseria airport, this home offers a great location for a short get-away family vacation. The property is accessed via a gravel road, off the R512 road for just under 2km. Just 5km from the house, the hartebeesport dam and picnic areas can be accessed for enjoyment.
