PET FRIENDLY !!!!!!!! Unlike most apartments, we have a secure garden, one floor above road level. Both restaurants and the coffee shop on the ground floor accommodate pets Pet friendly is NOT pet friendly if there is no outdoor facilities for the pets ... SECURED PARKING We have 2 parking bays for the apartment .... 1 is in the undercover basement and the other at your entrance under camera surveillance SWIMMING Safest sea swimming beach with huge TIDAL pool protected by rocky reefs protecting sea conditions. Extra LOW& extra HIGH Life guards on duty LOAD SHEDDING I have a generator for power outages, should you require power for electricity. hot water, TV, wifi, and lights .. NO stove, dishwasher, and washing machine available during load shedding.
I live next door, and I am available most of the time for assistance with queries and problems that may arise. I am here to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible ..
Beautiful seaside resort, only 8 km from the airport Beautiful 5 km broad walk on the sea edge. Safe swimming conditions, right across the road from the apartment All facilities Woolworths, 2 Spar supermarkets, 2 x Tops bottle stores, 8 restaurants, 2 pubs, Tightlines: A wonderful fishmonger/restaurants 2 pharmacies, one being a Diskem 1 independent bottle store. Access to 7 golf courses within 22 km The new Palm Lakes Golf Course, endorsed by Ernie Els, is now open. Ideal surfing and fishing spots
