Architecturally designed and fitted out to the highest specification, this double-storey, light-filled and very spacious Garden Route Beachfront Holiday House has much to offer. Five en-suite bedrooms, sleeps 10 people (sleeper couch in the one room for max 2 more people – additional charge) 2x King rooms open onto shared wrap-around balcony with full sea views. 1x King room opens onto balcony with mountain view. 1x King room opens onto balcony with sea views. 1x Queen room self-contained at back of property with own entrance. Guest toilet. Main lounge and dining room open-plan with mod con kitchen. Spacious sea-facing porch with outdoor dining table and additional seating arrangements. 2 Separate indoor lounge areas: downstairs with wood-burning fireplace, large wall mounted TV and comfortable couches; upstairs with desk area, kitchenette, couches and TV. Additional house features: heated towel rails, air conditioners, uncapped wifi, full DStv, scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Garage. Inverter for loadshedding. Alarm.
