Stunning modern living space in a very safe with 24hr security. 5min walk to Ballito junction and lifestyle shopping centres. 3km from near by beaches and 30km from Umhlanga light house. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined to make a large king size bed. The 3 sitter sofa can be changed into a sleeper couch. Braai (Barbacue) facilities are available. King Shaka airport is 14km away. Enjoy the extra facilities that the complex provides.
